SPORTHOUSE MÉXICO, SA DE CV (hereinafter, “Sporthouse”), with address at Calle Peten, number 28, Col. Narvarte Oriente, CP 03023, Alcaldía Benito Juarez, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data it collects from you. 

Applicable sites 

This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of data carried out through the following websites and any other microsites/school stores operated by Sporthouse that publish this Notice: https://sporthouse.com.mx, https://www.sporthouse-edron.com, https://www.sporthouse-maristas.com and https://www.sporthouse-eton.com. 

Personal data we collect 

Depending on your use of the site (information, contact, or purchase), Sporthouse may collect identification and contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, school/company, and any information you include in your communications), data necessary for orders and delivery to school stores (such as products ordered, sizes, and delivery information), billing information when requested (such as tax ID, company name, tax regime, CFDI usage, billing email, and tax address), account information (such as registration and login credentials, when applicable), and technical and browsing data (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, date/time of access, as well as cookies and similar technologies). If a payment processing provider and/or gateway is involved in the payment transaction, Sporthouse may process data related to the transaction and payment; as a general rule, Sporthouse does not store complete card details, and processing is carried out directly by the corresponding provider. Sporthouse does not generally request sensitive personal data. If the processing involves sensitive personal data, this data will be collected and processed only with express written consent, when legally required. 

Data on minors 

In school stores, personal data relating to minors (e.g., student name and size) may be processed when provided by the user for purchase and delivery purposes. Sporthouse requests that such data be provided only by the person exercising parental authority or guardianship, or with their authorization.

Purposes of the treatment 

Sporthouse will process your personal data for necessary primary purposes, such as responding to requests for information, contact, quotes and customer service; managing your registration or account when applicable; processing purchases in school stores, including order confirmation, collection, delivery, warranties, exchanges and returns; issuing invoices when the customer requests it and provides the necessary information; maintaining the security of the site and preventing fraud or unauthorized use; and complying with legal obligations and requirements of competent authority. 

Additionally, Sporthouse may process your data for secondary, non-essential purposes, such as sending informational or promotional communications, satisfaction surveys, marketing and advertising, and analyzing consumption or browsing preferences. 

Opposition to secondary purposes 

If you do not wish for your data to be used for secondary purposes, you can send an email to ventas@sporthouse.com.mx with the subject line “Opposition to secondary purposes”. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying the services or products you request. 

Transfers of personal data 

Sporthouse may share your personal data with suppliers that support the operation of the site and sales (for example, e-commerce platform, hosting, technical support, analytics, customer service, courier/package and, where applicable, payment processing), who will act as data processors and will process the data only in accordance with Sporthouse's instructions and for the purposes indicated in this Notice, as well as with competent authorities when there is a legal requirement. 

When the communication of personal data is made to a third party other than the data controller and constitutes a “transfer” for which the applicable legislation requires your consent, you may express your decision by sending an email to ventas@sporthouse.com.mx with the subject “I do not consent to transfers”; if we do not receive your refusal through that same means, it will be understood that you consent to those transfers that require it, unless a legal exception applies.

Means to limit use or disclosure 

You can request the limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal data, as well as opt out of receiving non-essential communications and/or request to be added to internal exclusion lists, by sending an email to ventas@sporthouse.com.mx with the subject “Limitation of use/disclosure”. 

Cookies and similar technologies 

Los sitios pueden utilizar cookies, web beacons u otras tecnologías para habilitar  funcionalidades (por ejemplo, carrito, sesión y seguridad), recordar preferencias, medir el  rendimiento y uso del sitio, y mejorar la experiencia del usuario; y, en su caso, para fines de  mercadotecnia y publicidad. Usted puede deshabilitar o administrar cookies desde su  navegador; en caso de hacerlo, algunas funcionalidades podrían verse afectadas. 

Incidentes de seguridad 

En caso de vulneraciones de seguridad que afecten de forma significativa sus derechos  patrimoniales o morales, Sporthouse le informará de manera inmediata conforme a la  legislación aplicable. 

Derechos ARCO y revocación del consentimiento 

Usted tiene derecho a acceder, rectificar, cancelar u oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos  personales (derechos ARCO), así como a revocar su consentimiento cuando proceda. Para  ejercer estos derechos, envíe una solicitud al correo ventas@sporthouse.com.mx indicando  su nombre completo y domicilio o cualquier otro medio para recibir notificaciones, el  derecho que desea ejercer y una descripción clara de los datos respecto de los que solicita el  ejercicio (salvo en el caso del derecho de acceso), así como copia de su identificación oficial  y, en su caso, documento que acredite la representación legal, y cualquier otro elemento o  documento que facilite la localización de los datos personales. 

Sporthouse comunicará la determinación adoptada respecto de su solicitud dentro de los 20  (veinte) días siguientes a su recepción y, en caso de resultar procedente, la hará efectiva  dentro de los 15 (quince) días siguientes. Los plazos anteriores podrán ampliarse en los casos  permitidos por la legislación aplicable, lo cual le será informado. 

La revocación del consentimiento podrá solicitarse por el mismo medio señalado  anteriormente. La revocación no tendrá efectos retroactivos y podrá implicar que Sporthouse 

no pueda continuar con la prestación de ciertos servicios o la conclusión de operaciones  vinculadas a la finalidad correspondiente. 

Cambios al aviso de privacidad 

Sporthouse podrá modificar o actualizar este Aviso de Privacidad. Cualquier cambio estará  disponible en el apartado “Aviso de Privacidad” del sitio correspondiente, indicando la fecha  de última actualización.
